Exceptional service, friendly staff.

So I had a one night stay there and the check-in process was quick, like seriously smooth, even this tired guy came in after midnight to help me. The actual room wasn’t terrible, basic stuff was all there but there was a weird smell at first. Just something to keep in mind.

Wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable.

I had an amazing stay in a lovely studio room! The kitchenette was a total game-changer, allowing me to whip up my favorite meals. Plus, the location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby!

The location to Dulles was very convenient, and check-in was quick and pleasant. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and dust in the bathroom corners. The tub showed signs of wear, and the overall condition of the carpet and cupboards was quite worn. Breakfast options were limited, consisting mainly of muffins and granola bars, which was disappointing.

Upon check-in, there were dirty towels in the room, which left a bad first impression. The front desk lacked availability during early and late hours, making check-in cumbersome, especially since it required outside assistance for entry. Also, be wary of the claimed shuttle service, as it wasn’t available when I needed it. The grab-and-go breakfast is rather minimal, so don’t expect much there. Instead, fix up those bed sheets—some fabric softener wouldn't hurt.

The fresh, made-from-scratch pizza at O'Malley's Pub is a must-try! Plus, the comfy bed made for a cozy stay. Staff were super helpful, and the location is spot on for nearby eateries.

Probably we were just not lucky with the room. It felt dark, and the pillows weren’t the freshest. The bathroom was functional but could definitely use a facelift.
